I was undressing Peter for bath when I discovered there was something wrong with his belly button--it stuck out a little bit, like around 1cm. Right away Lei was called up and he took a close look and even tried to press the sticking-out part gentlely. We were both silent, but I knew we were both doing a quick search in our brains "what could this be?"--- umbilical hernia? But isn't he too old for it? So, what can it be? Anyway, maybe seeing a doctor?---In the meantime, I put Peter in the tub and he began to play in the water, when suddenly I noticed something quite scary happened--the sticking-out part fell off from his belly button and was floating in the water. I tried very hard not to show my surprise and scareness, and looked more carefully and closely at the thing-----you know what it is? Haha, a pine seed we had with dinner.
What a terrifying moment. Of course, we laughed it off.
