Winter is coming. I was re-arranging the kids' closet after dinner last night, when i found this pair of gloves for Yaya. She was so excited and put them on right away!(wow, now she can do it so easily all by herself, but i still remember that we had a hard time putting each finger into the right spot last year) Anyway, after five minutes of the excitement, she began to play by herself on the bed. I will never be able to have such kind of wide imagination like her---"who wears gloves? Garbage man. I am a garbage man, no, i am a garbage girl".. She went to Lei and said:"Dadday, i am a garbage girl, you are a garbage dad, mommy is..., and Dingding is a little garbage..." The she came back and pulled up a pillow, using her hands to fasten the top and said to herself" garbage girl is collecting garbage..." We were so impressed by her self-play and didn't do anything to interrupt. --Kids are kids, without them, we will lose so much fun.
Yaya began to lie on the bed and chatted with me" mommy, do you know why Erika and Molly (her classmates) still suck their thumbs?..." I kept answering and then kept on asking more, she just talked and talked like a little friend of mine, while i was sitting there adapting pants for winter. Suddenly, i saw myself, who went back home after staying in school for a whole week, also lying there on the bed, chatting with my mom, telling her all about my life with my friends...
The happiness and beautiful memories are still so fresh in my mind, and now, my own daughter, already begins to repeat what i did. If this moment can stop, i would really like it to stay there for ever. My lovely little girl, one day will be like me, become a mom...
