Map

Lei did not come home tonight because of the year-end party at work. While I was preparing for dinner, Yaya asked me whether she could make a card for daddy. "Of course you can." I said. Soon, I saw a piece of paper with "LEI CHANG I LOVE YOU " hanging in front of my eyes.

After dinner, yaya said she was drawing a map and showed it to me.

-see, mommy? Here is our house, here is daddy's work. (She pointed on her map to two dots.) It is so far, far away. See? Here is the highway daddy has to take to come home.
-wow, pretty good. Yeah, daddy's work is far, no wonder everyday he comes home late.

Yaya then put another two dots on her map,
-mommy, this is Japan. See? This is China.
-really? How do you know Japan? YungSeok(a Korean boy, Yaya's best buddy at school) told you?
-No. I don't know how I knew.
-En, Japan and China are close to each other.
-how about Korea?
-It is close too.
-OK. (Yaya put another dot on her map and walked away contently.)

The map turned out to be full of colorful dots.
