My English idiom teacher---Yaya

Last time Yaya serious explained to me what "that's not fair" means.

Yesterday we went to a park after school. While I was still accompanying Peter walking, Yaya ran to the swing, somehow got herself onto the swing. I saw her sort of turning and twisting her body around, next time I looked at her, she was already swinging in the air.

Me: Wow, Yaya, you are great. I did not know you can swing all by yourself.
Yaya(very proudly): Yeah, no one even pushed me. I did it all by myself.
Me: Great! I am so proud of you!
Yaya: Can you believe it?
Me: ?? (not answered right away), No, I can't.
Yaya: If you say"I can not believe it", that means it is so good that you just can not believe it. If you say "I can believe it", that means it is not so good that you can believe it......

Well, I wish i did give the right answer to her.
