Without me noticing it, she is so big already

This weekend is the most relaxing one for a long time ever since Peter came into our life. Even better is that we had a wonderful weather. So, while Peter was taking his nap on Saturday, I spent some time playing with my little girl outdoors, and Lei was so happy that he could sit in the sun surfing online. Honestly, I don't even remember when was the last time that i really focused solely on her and observed her. While throwing and catching ball with her, she gave me a lot of instructions about what to do, what not to do, which made me suddenly feel that she is so big and mature now. Later, she strongly required her dad to join us in games like"tag" and "duck and goose"and so on. Yaya is no longer the little girl who will let parents decide everything for her, instead, she instructed us and wanted us to coperate. Later, she convinced Lei to go biking with her, and i could hear her self-composed songs about her brother when she was pedalling her bike. I realized and kept reminding myself that she will soon be so independent that i will sure miss her babyish days. She is capable of doing so much stuff for herself as well as helping around. She loves to cook with me, or clean up the floor and kitchen with daddy. She is the one who will make Peter laugh and giggle in the car, also in charge of handing water or snacks and opening and closing water bottle for the boy. Yesterday, she even asked to try on my high-heeled sandal. I have really enjoyed her during the past years, and wish she could stay at this age for ever.
