Peter's change

Finally, we got our happy boy back. The smiles, pleasantness and now, even more... Peter seems to begin to understand what we are talking to him about. He had a very happy morning playing around on Sunday morning and refused to take a nap. By 11:30AM, i can feel that he is tired, but still, too attracted by the surrounding and he didn't want to be put in the bed. So, Lei and Yaya had to leave for lunch and he finally dozed off and napped for almost 3 hours. At night, when I put him to bed around 7pm, he kept sitting up, after hearing me say"lie down", he responded very obediently. But within 10 seconds, he was sitting up there again. He would lie down again following another order from me, but afterwards, he sat up. I knew then he was not ready for bed yet. This morning when he woke up, as usual, after a good night rest, he just coos to let me know. Then I told him to sit still while I went to turn on the light. He was so good at listening, which is why i think now he can understand me, sitting there without a single move. Then, I grabbed some toys for him, and asked him to hand me one block, he did so. Upon my "thank you", he smiled and smiled. Later when everyone's up and the chaos of a workday morning began in the house, he was put in the playyard playing by himself. When we are almost ready to go, he gave out some calls, like"now, pick me up, i need to get out too.."
