丫丫5岁生日记---2

早上妈妈送完弟弟，拉着丫丫的小手，一边向教室走，一边交代：“妈妈会在你午睡中间来接你，如果弟弟没有再发烧的话，下午给你一个special treat，好吗？”丫丫一蹦一跳，乐乐地说：“好！”

1点半妈妈如约打开教室门，就看见小丫儿正在自己的Cot上转来转去，一见妈妈进来，象只快乐的小鸟飞奔过来。楼道里妈妈又去找了一下Peter的老师，聊了一下Peter的情况。出了楼门，丫丫马上发问：

--妈妈，弟弟的老师上午给你打电话了吗？
--没有。
--那你就不用接他了？
--嗯。妈妈就先光接你。今天是你的生日，妈妈想单独带你玩，给你个speacial treat，好吗？

丫丫没有答话，却甩了妈妈的手，又开始一蹦一跳。

--丫丫，今天有人和你说happy birthday吗？
--有呀！Ms. Kelly!
--是吗？Ms Kelly怎么知道今天是你的生日？
--我告诉她了呀！我一告诉她，她马上就说Happy birthday, Cynthia!
显然丫丫很得意。

既然是和妈妈的alone time，丫丫一点都care不干什么去。
--丫丫，咱们得先要去看大夫，然后如果有时间咱们就去看场电影，好吗？
--那要打shot吗？
--Uh..that, I am not sure. Probably no. But in case they need to give you shot, you..
--That is not a problem. I will not cry. I am a big girl.
.....
--你想去看电影吗？还是陪妈妈去周末要给你开Birthday party的My gym drop off 东西？然后回家给小朋友们准备goody bags？
--那咱们还是去My gym吧。然后我想回家装goody bag。
--那可能咱们就不能看电影了。
--嗯，没关系。

正如她说的，Yaya had no problem at all getting all the shots and she did her best chatting with her Pediatrician. As expected, her growth percentile is going down a bit: 50% in weight, and 75% in height. ---Yes, our 95% baby is becoming skinny. :)

After the doctor's visit, we went on our trip to the fitness center, dropped off stuff and went back home. Yaya was so excited all afternoon, talking to people, hopping around, distributing the goodies. On the other hand, I was so thankful to be able to get home and rest a bit---after three days of taking care of the boy, I felt a little out of breath.

Later conversation:

--丫儿，你想现在去图书馆还DVD呢，还是咱们去接上弟弟一块去？
--那咱们还是先去接上弟弟吧。反正弟弟也喜欢去图书馆。

多好的姐姐呀！---妈妈我想。

--那你想要个cake吃吗？大cake到周末开party的时候再吃，但今天你可以吃个cup cake或者小cake。
--That would be great! Thank you, mommy! I love you! Mommy!

I love you too, my sweet baby girl!
