When she knows that she did something wrong

While I was still unloading the car, Yaya already dissapeared and set off to the door. Peter was left there beside the car, yelling "yaya, don't run!..." I collected Peter and when we turned around the corner and got close to the door, somehow, I found Yaya was different. She looked at me while I was staring at her, she was a little quiet, and there's something else.

--Yaya, what's wrong?
--Nothing. Why you ask?
--You sure? I'm asking because you seem a little unusual. Are you OK?
--Yes, I am..

While she was still trying to hide something from me, all of a sudden, she burst into tears.

"My knees hurt, mama...." She fell into my arms and cried like hell.

Well, she ran, she tripped and she hurt her knees. But, she knew she would not have fallen if she had not run, therefore, she tried so hard to hide it. Poor girl.
