1. Picture Day

Picture day for a soon-to-be five girl means:

could not help but wake up early in the morning
"mommy, can you wash my hair now?"
"mommy, can you find me a pretty dress?"
"Do I look like a princess?"
"Do you think I am the prettiest girl in the world?"

And
Still in the excitement at the end of the day
"Mommy, do you think I am still pretty?"
"Can I look in the mirror again?"
"what a beautiful dress I have!"
"Who do you think is prettier, me or Peter?"

2. This afternoon, when I stepped inside the preschool's room, I saw---
Yaya was sitting on the floor, face to face with one of her best buddies, Kevin, AND, she was tying his shoelaces for him. And, she did it!

3. Peter is so fond of two words lately---"scared" and "太大啦"(TOO big)
Whenever he wants cuddling, "scared" he told mommy.
whenever he wants attention "太大啦" so that he can move his chair, have mommy give him another piece of fruit, or stop eating...

4. One of Peter's favorite books "If you are happy and you know it", which has always been called as "Happy Nod"(because Peter loves the giraffe who nods his head) was renamed today by the growing boy to "Happy Know it". Close enough.
