Talking shoes

My friend from Washington DC sent me a huge box of her son's clothes, so that Peter can take full advantage of those her son has outgrown. Inside the box, there is one pair of sandals that make some sort of sound when you put them on or press the heel. Yaya was very interested in the loud sound and wanted to put her feet in, after playing with the shoes with her hands for quite some time. Unfortunately, It was a size 4. However, she did not easily give up. I kept saying it would not be possible for her feet, she was still able to squeeze her size 8.5 feet in both shoes and stood up. Then she began to run around in the house(yeah, her knee was not hurtful enough). The loud noise the shoes make when she moves made her very excited.
