How much a 3-4 yr old can learn in a month?
I don't know. Our old daycare focused more on the children's physical--swimming, gym etc. Before we moved, Yaya was doing a lot of role play by herself at home and blind read books. But she was not very good at using her hands yet. It hasn't been a full month yet ever since Yaya began her new school, where the preschool seems to offer a lot for the kids to learn. By now, Yaya can tell the weather conditions for everyday and know names of Monday through Sunday and January through December, sing quite a few new songs. Morever, she begins to draw some real cute pictures--smiling or upset face, crazy daddy, sun, flower etc and is able to write almost all the 26 letters; and she is also so fascinated about spelling and is able to spell and write her own name as well as the whole family's names. Whenever in the car, Yaya will ask me about spelling and meaning of words, since she keeps seeing the different signs along the road. I am truly amazed.
