Valentine's Day

Last night Yaya was so excited that finally it was time for us to decorate the valentine's cards. She even volunteered to write her own names on several cards. And then, she spelled each of her friends names for me and let me write them.

I happened to receive the tees and skirts I ordered online yesterday. Before picking them up, I took the clothes out and put them in the bedroom. So, after we got home, while Peter and i were playing in the living room, Yaya disappeared for a couple of minutes. Then, I heard"mommy, whose clothes are these?""Yours, I bought them for you". Then silence..... Next thing I knew, she was standing in front of me, with the new shirt and skirt on... "Am I pretty?"

Of course, we wore them to school today and were in an unusual happy mood--all dressed up girl with the bag full of valentines.
