Peter didn't seem to do well these days. Before he was a happy boy, and ever since he began to really crawl, he was all over the places. Sometimes if you try to hold him and he is not in the mood, he will use his two strong legs to pull away. But in Orlando, i had a feeling that he was not as active. Then he began to have a fever and something went wrong with his eyes. Upon the antibiotic treatment, he became better the last day in Orlando and he looked fine physically. But the drop-off was always a little hard. Then Tuesday afternoon, he was crying when i went to pick him up, and i was told that he always wanted the teacher around him. But i found some rush on his little tummy that night. We have been watching him very closely, but he didn't show any sign of fever. Yesterday, as soon as i saw the teacher, she complained that he has been very clingy and wanted to be held all the time. Annie(the new assistant teacher)later told me that he had a rough day. They too, found the rush and have kept their eyes open the whole day for him, but he was OK physically. I feel so bad for Peter that he was not as happy as always and looked so tired to me almost all the time. I hesitated a lot this morning whether to keep him home, but at last sent him away. And friend emailed me saying Jeffery is having a rough time now at school too...If it is their adjustment to the being away and coming back, there's no better way to avoid this and keeping him home might even makes it worse. But... Then I called his teacher this morning and they said he was a little better so far and was playing when i was on the phone. The only thing i guess that i can do is to keep my fingers crossed for my little Peter. Hope you will get better soon.
